This clinic provides free primary, preventive, mental, and dental healthcare services to low-income, uninsured residents of Bandera County who have no other access to primary medical care.Patient's household income must not exceed 200 % of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (http://aspe.hhs.gov/poverty/13poverty.cfm) and have no medical insurance to qualify for service. A current tax form and pay stub are required documentation to determine eligibility for obtaining services. Proof of dependents claimed is also required. Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8:00 AM To 4:00 PM.
