Policy Analyst & Bexar County Project Director
Justin Martinez is a Policy Analyst and the Bexar County Project Director at the Texas Center for Justice and Equity. He joined the organization as a Policy Associate in early 2020, focusing on addressing the devastating impacts of de facto life sentences on youth. He continues to support both youth- and adult-related justice reforms at the state level, while also working with local Bexar County partners to reform practices that lead to justice system involvement. Justin completed his Master of Arts in Legal Studies, with a Paralegal Certification, at Texas State University.
